"It is hard to believe that this year is the twentieth year of operation for our charity. The world has changed a lot since we were established and last year our trustees commissioned an external review to check with our various stakeholders that we were still providing a relevant service. We enter out twentieth year in the knowledge that there is still a need for our organisation and with a renewed energy to improve the services that we provide for people with neurological conditions.
