Description

Dyspraxia is a developmental disorder of organisation and planning of physical movement. Developmental dyspraxia (see below) affects co-ordination, spatial awareness, perception, language and short-term memory.

Types

Developmental dyspraxia is when someone is born with dyspraxia.

Acquired dyspraxia can be caused by a stroke or head injury.
